Bookings
A booking moves through: Requested → Confirmed → In progress → Completed.
You can cancel a booking before the job starts.
If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the booking page.
Reviews
You can review a provider once the job is marked complete.
You can edit your review for a limited time.
If a review breaks the Community Guidelines, report it.
For providers
Publish your profile to appear in search.
Set your hours under Availability so customers can book you.
Upload documents under Verification to earn badges.
