A “Verified booking” review comes only from a customer who completed a booking on TOUTIS. Each booking can have one review.
Email confirmed, phone, identity, business and license: each badge says exactly what we checked and appears only after the check is complete.
Passenger transport, childcare, health-related work, legal services and licensed trades require proof before they can be offered.
Phone numbers and emails are hidden in messages until a booking is confirmed, to prevent scams.
You can report a member, review or message, and open a dispute on a booking. The team reviews every case.
During launch, a few sample profiles and reviews are labelled “Demo”. They are not real customers or providers and can’t be booked.
