No. Searching, messaging and booking are always free for customers. Only professionals have plans.
The first contact between a customer and you. Later messages in the same conversation don't count, and you can always reply to customers you already have. The count resets on the first day of each month.
Nothing is deleted. Your photos, categories and cities stay visible. You just can't add more until you're within the new plan's limits.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. TOUTIS never sees or stores your card number. Change your card, see invoices or cancel under "Card & invoices".
