TOUTIS is a platform that connects customers with independent professionals and businesses. TOUTIS does not employ providers and does not perform the work itself.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. The information you give must be accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Only legal services may be offered. Some services — passenger transport, childcare, health-related work, legal services and licensed trades — require verification before they can be published.
Providers set their prices. Once switched on, online payments are processed by Stripe. Any platform commission is shown clearly before you pay.
Reviews must be honest and about the job that was done. TOUTIS may remove reviews that break the Community Guidelines.
If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the booking page. The TOUTIS team hears both sides before deciding.
TOUTIS may suspend accounts that break these terms, commit fraud or put others at risk.
Providers are responsible for the quality of their work. To the extent permitted by law, TOUTIS is not liable for damages arising from a service a provider performs.
